Along with our Centre Director and Assistant Director, our Early Childhood Educators are the best of the best and form what we consider to be a home-away-from-home learning environment for your child. They are not just experts in their field and daily caregivers, but they also act as mentors who inspire creativity, learning, individuality, and respect for a child’s natural psychological, physical, and social development.

All the staff at our center are professional teachers and childcare providers with academic training in Early Childhood Education (ECE) and trained in childcare safety standards, first-aid, CPR, and meet the company’s professional standards for commitment to superior childcare. We complete thorough police reference checks, personal reference checks and collect up-to-date medical histories. We continue to provide professional development to our employees to keep them up to date on early learning innovations.
Although Bright Learners employees share common goals and vision for our company, they come from all walks of life, speak dozens of languages, and reflect the diverse families and communities that we serve.
